German steel then hardened and tempered to 61Rc (Rockwell scale.) This means that
these knives will take and hold the sharpest edge possible. The blades are
expertly shaped and ground and, as a final step, each knife is polished to a mirror

venerable manufacturer, these tools are hand forged and finely polished. The
blades are mounted on a special wooden handle designed to be comfortable and easy to
use. The blades are approximately 2 1/2" long and handles are 4
1/2". Fourteen different tools are available in either open stock or
