Two Cherries German carving tools have been in
production for over one hundred years. Each blade is hand forged one
at a time from the finest steel, then ground and polished by expert
craftsmen. Two Cherries tools are hardened to Rc 61, so maximum
sharpness and edge retention are guaranteed. All tools are fitted
with a fine quality, octagon hornbeam handle. These are full size
(9” to 10”) professional tools.
