SjÖbergs Elite 2500 Beech Workbench

SjÖbergs products represent traditional European bench making at it's best! This massive, top of the line bench is crafted of oiled northern beech by expert Swedish craftsmen and will become the perfect foundation for your workshop.  The 3" thick top provides a solid, unyielding surface designed to help you do your best work.  In addition to a solid work surface, the Elite benches feature a comprehensive array of work holding options including:

• Front and end vises, 5 3/4" capacity
• Vise and bench top 1" dog holes provide a variety of options for securing your work. (Four 1" bench dogs included)
• Bench top "Holdfast" clamps work using any dog hole or holes in the trestle at the front of the bench.
• Front vise can be quickly (2 minutes) located for either right or left hand use.  See diagram below.

Keep your tools handy and your workshop organized with this beautifully made storage module. The carcass structure is made of Alder and the drawer fronts and door are Northern Red Beech.  This handsome and useful unit is easily assembled and installed on either of the Elite workbenches.

Duo 1500 Workbench

The Duo is a lighter bench than the Elite line but is made of the same quality beech wood and constructed to Sjobergs high manufacturing standards. The compact size of the Duo makes it the perfect bench for the small shop or situations where space is limited. Vises can be located for right or left hand use and the bench includes eight bench dogs, two holdfasts and jaw protectors.

This handy optional module extends the usefulness of your Duo workbench and provides cupboard space plus three drawers for storage and quick access to your most used bench tools. The beautifully crafted Beechwood and Alder module is easily assembled and installed on the Duo workbench .

Please note that these benches arrive disassembled, boxed and strapped to pallets. Directions for assembly are included. SjÖbergs benches are quite heavy and you and your work team will be required to unload and transport the bench to your workshop; truck drivers do not handle freight!
