innovations including a pivoting all-in-one "Norris" style blade
adjuster, a single screw frog adjuster and a unique blade/cap
assembly. The cast body is finely machined with perfectly square
sides and all contact surfaces are precisely finished for smooth
operation. The extra thick (1/8") tool steel blade is hardened to
Rc60-62 for smooth, chatter-free planning. Precision German
engineering and manufacturing at it's best.

Stanley Block Planes
Block planes are handy for trim work, end
grain planning, fine surfacing of difficult woods and much more. The compact
size of these planes makes them perfect for one handed work where a full
size tool would be bulky and awkward. Accurately machined from fine
cast iron with brass adjusting knobs. Two styles are available, low angle
(13 1/2°) for end grain work and standard angle (20°) for general finish and
trim work.
Blades require honing before use.
